WELCOME TO THE PUBLIC BID PORTAL OF THE CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY (CSU)

This portal provides a listing of open, closed, and awarded formal solicitations for goods and services across the twenty-three campuses of the CSU and the CSU Office of the Chancellor (since 10/19/2020).

This portal is maintained by the CSU Office of the Chancellor, Contract Services & Procurement department (CS&P). The role of the Contract Services & Procurement (CS&P) Department is to develop, maintain, and administer Trustees' policy related to public procurement practices in the CSU. CS&P facilitates multi-campus, systemwide and multi-agency strategic initiatives, procurement and contracting activities and is directly responsible for purchasing and contracting functions in support of Chancellor's Office operations.

The twenty-three campuses of the CSU follow CS&P policy and purchase from systemwide agreements where available and practicable, but are also responsible for purchasing and contracting functions in support of their own individual campus operations. To that extent, this portal serves as both a solicitation location for both local campus and systemwide initiatives.
